Ruby Rose Collins
Ruby Rose Collins is the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Production at story27 Productions, where she works closely with Mara Brock Akil to oversee a diverse slate of film and television projects, including the upcoming Netflix adaptation of Judy Blume’s beloved novel Forever.
With a background in investigative documentary and producing for ABC News, A&E, and CNN, she is drawn to stories that blur the lines between nonfiction and narrative, crafting character-driven projects that resonate. A Wesleyan University alum and 2020 Creative Visions Fellow, she brings a sharp editorial eye and a deep passion for storytelling across all mediums.
When she’s not at the office, you can probably find her at Vidiots Foundation Movie Theater in Highland Park.
